Fine Dining Server
Ideal candidate will have two years of fine dining experience.  In addition, will have exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Upon completion of our training program applicants shall have:

  • Full knowledge of menu/bar/wine.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to suggestively sell and advise customers on cooking methods, ingredients, menu options.
  • Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints.
  • Provide guests with daily specials, happy hour specials, and upcoming promotions
  • Collect payment from customers.
  • Enforce rules and regulations in regard to alcohol consumption/purchase.
  • Be a team player and a part of our family.

Additional Requirements

Fine dining experience is preferred but not required.

Host/Hostess
Being the first impression at our establishment it is critical.  Our host/hostesses must be friendly, outgoing, courteous, well dressed, well spoken and calm under pressure.

Duties include:

  • Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests
  • Treats all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction.
  • Always strives to exceed guests' expectations.
  • Knowledge of Open Table software (very helpful).
  • Takes names on a waiting list and advise of wait times.
  • Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables.
  • Cleans, organizes and stocks menus at host area.
  • Answers phone and answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant.
  • Interacts with guests as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience.

Additional Requirements

Busser
Our bus staff ensures that the dining room, lobby and service areas are clean, stocked and visually appealing. Busser assists servers in properly serving food and beverages. Cleans, clears and re-sets tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest.
