The Joe Vicari Restaurant Group, a family-owned and operated company of well-known restaurants and venues in Michigan, took over the brand in 2011 and has launched two incredibly successful Joe Muer locations in the Detroit area. Founder and CEO Joe Vicari visited Nashville for the Country Music Awards and fell in love with the vibrancy of the city. He then began his quest to find the perfect location in Nashville to open his next Joe Muer. In 2021, he was introduced to Capitol View, and so began Joe Muer Seafood Nashville. Headed to a show downtown this summer? Have dinner with us and your group will earn a $15 Uber credit to get you to and from your show effortlessly. If your destination is Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheatre, the Ryman, TPAC, Schermerhorn or just Lower Broadway, we are conveniently located two turns off the I-65 Charlotte Avenue exit, allowing you to enjoy a stress-free evening without downtown traffic and parking fees. This place is unreal. You don’t find restaurants like this. I felt honored to be eating here. The ambiance is old school. The waiters wear white blazers and I expected them to have tommy guns. Very mobster, old world feel. Service was exquisite. Literally, over the top. They use a crumb brush on the table! Unheard of these days. The piano man was a plus and great entertainment.
